If A Picture Is Worth 1000 Words, What Does A Video Equal?

Sounds like a riddle of some kind doesn’t it?  Actually the answer is quite simple…One TRILLION!  ok…I just made that up, I am not really sure of the answer, but I do know this, when it comes to selling real estate it is worth A LOT. I am in real estate one and of my favorite ideas for a blog for a real estate agent is to take a video of an area you often sell in, for example a specific mountain, or park, or landmark, and then write about all the cool things associated with that area.  Talk about the great schools, the closeness to the beach, the easy access to the mountains...

OH NO!!…It WAS My Fault

Don’t you just hate that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realize you ARE the one at fault and not the other person.  Ick!  That happened to me yesterday and it sucked.  I inadvertently caused a 2 day wild goose chase for some documentation and I had it the whole time.  I just thought it wasn’t the paperwork we were looking for, but it was.  Funny thing is the first thing that ran through my mind was “how is this really not my fault” and after 5 seconds I realized it was and I had to start making amends and correcting the problem. After I called and made...
